Voices:
Human Voices are held in an 8 bit genome. The first four bits are taken.
So we're DEFINATELY going to have:
Stuttering
Slurring
Lithpth (lisps.)
and Mimicry.
Mimicry will ONLY allow humans to mimic other human voices. You will not be able to mimic a dionaea, for example.
Stuttering, Slurring, And Lisps, Will affect how your voice is modified and sounds to others.
The other four will be 'accent' variables.
I'll do the first five. (Wait, isn't that MORE than all of them?)
Note, I'm using very generalized, 'bastard' accents. This is intentional. I'm making the assumption that nearly 600 years from now, Most languages will have changed, merged, died, etc. And there will be much less variation in languages/accents.
Pedigree will be what the rich, 'purebred' fucks have all livin' high and mighty on their 'rich' moons and shiznit.
Sol will be the most generalized, standard human accent. The most bastard dialect of all.
Everything else, is everything in-between.
We have 24, or 16 possible accents. Fill them out! And if possible, Give a general description as to how that accent sounds, and how it will be implemented in-game. (Slightly bluer tinted text, italics, a specific font, bold text, etc.)

Note, Just because the bitflags include eachother, That doesnt mean the dialect should be a mix of the two dialects. Ex. Orient + Slavik should not equal something in between the two just cause they combine, Feel free to put whatever, wherever. Just input some stuff to add.
