So, here's my application as a spriter. I'm really into graphics and with SS13 more in pixelart than ever
I'll hope to contribute into the buildstation team and hope for a nice redesign of the sprites.

Right now I have no 48x48 sprites to show but you can have a look at this gif I made for SS13

Haha. I saw this too, I'm the guy who suggested you put a face behind the airlock. Your art is great, you really know how to bump up the resolution and put detail into the 32x32 sprites SS13 uses. Since we are changing resolutions to 48x48, I think your skill would be a real asset.

Ok, I finally found some minutes to give you a quick sketch about a PDA-redesign study.
Consider it as a sketch and showing that I'm able to do 48x48. Let me know what you think.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head for the artstyle, good/great detail, borderless, good job in making it clean and colorful with Fair contrast.
