I'll add you on Skype in a minute. For website viewing, I use Chrome. For writing, I use Notepad++.
My strengths:
I'm good with CSS animations
My code is valid and up-to-date
My code is responsive(It can be viewed on multiple devices)
My weaknesses:
Design is not my strong point. Sites I make from scratch are generally ugly. However, f you can sketch up a nice webpage design in paint or something, I can make it reality.
When I can work:
Pretty much all the time. I think CSS is a lot of fun, so it won't be a chore for me.
