100 years ago, a great disaster happened. The interdimensional wormhole generator on sol's side failed, causing the wormhole to and from system XX124 to collapse. In the years afterward, chaos followed the disaster. As a result, many technologies were lost. Just now, humanity is beginning to get a foothold once again in this universe. It isn't quite like system 1, as most universes are, things change slightly, and there are slight differences in the laws of physics.
This is just a rough draft of the lore I have so far, I'm not the best at explaining things so if someone more capable can write this lore, please do. Also this needs to be moved to official lore. It would probably help if I got posting access to some of the boards like news and the official lore board too.
EDIT: I may not be doing this, as how I have it planned it would require too many players to become interesting.
EDIT2: I've decided that I will not be doing this. Basically this thread is unrelated to the buildstation project.
