Mechanics: Cons: They can only communicate using base 3 numbers that are the result of this algorithm: - X is player imputed, and can not be prime.
- Y is rounded to the nearest tenth, then converted to base 3.
(Sorry about the 6. I'm not good at image editing and can't be bothered to fix it.) For example, if x was 10 it would equal 7.4 (Already rounded) 22.11 in base 3 or ~~.^^ in how it will be displayed. Also, the way it will be displayed is 0 = - , 1 = ^ , 2 = ~ and 3 = ` This makes 102.3 equal ^-~.` It is up to the player on how to use this to communicate. They are incapable of pressing buttons or any form of input that is not designed for the en to handle. Pros: They are capable of understanding all spoken and unspoken (Sending out chemicals into the air comes to mind) languages. They are permitted to metagame although they still have to follow the rest of the (Currently Unwritten) rules. Also, they have a ability that is triggered by right-clicking an object and selecting the option to see all values about it. (Things like damage, properties, internal names, that sort of thing. Basically most things not visible to normal people.) Lore: [Currently Undetermined]I'm thinking something about a post-singularity civilisation wanting more knowledge, and ended up turning all of their surviving people into this.

What did you mean by "They are permitted to metagame"? there are numerous ways of metagaming, including metacommunicating, which would really undermine their language system entirely, so I doubt you just mean all forms of metagaming.

"Metagaming is the act of using out of character knowledge to further your own player in the game, and is the opposite of Roleplaying. An example of metagaming would be calling the emergency shuttle at the beginning of a round to try to find out what round type it is, or doing things your character should not know how to do, like a surgeon with no skill in construction or electronics hacking an airlock" Since baystation explains many roleplaying things better than me.
Also metacommunication as an en will still be a bannable offence.
