So i guess for persistent, canon rounds. Having antags be a /random/ thing could totally mess with peoples immersion and plans for their character. "Really friendly do-gooder" WORKS FOR THE SYNDICATE AND IS A CHANGELING. Now her whole damned character is fucked.
So applications for antag gets rid of that, And also lets us weed out a few people who dont seem like they'd make good antags.
Lastly, because having an antag app be public could be totally meta "Oh that guys name is Lucas; So was the antag app i saw in the forums! He is the antag!" PM it to me. But not right now, cause we dont have any antags. And there's no fucking server anyways.
