If i get donations, I'll spend more time on this project, and I'll be able to get some server stuff done, etc.
If i dont get donations, There will be no guarantee on this project being finished, and i'll spend less (rather, as much as i am now) time on it. etc.

Paypal by default, Takes 30 cents out of every donation, and another 2.4% on top of that, keep that in mind while donating.
